Fixes and Improvements
  • Resolved an issue that prevented administrators from sorting technicians based on status in the Command Center.
  • Resolved an issue related to how the Service Level indicator was refreshed in the Command Center. Now the indicator is refreshed as soon as the Service Level has changed.
  • Resolved an issue that, in special cases, prevented technicians without a mobile license from launching the Technician Console if they had the permission set in the Administration Center to use Rescue Lens.
  • The Technician Console now starts faster for companies with a large support organization.
