Why am I getting ''Error 38''?

"Error 38" indicates that a module in the LogMeIn software on the host computer ended without returning an expected result.  The module will attempt to perform the action again and the results are typically successful.  Usually, this error will not result in any problems while using LogMeIn.

If you are experiencing frequent disconnections or other connectivity issues, and are also seeing an abundance of these error messages, it can indicate that the LogMeIn software is corrupt and needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled on the host computer.
