How do I configure the LogMeIn Client desktop app to use a Proxy?

You may have to configure the LogMeIn Client desktop app to use a proxy.

Note: This feature is available on Windows only.

  1. Open the  LogMeIn Client desktop app.
  2. Click View from the menu, and select Options from the View drop-down.
  3. Click the Proxy tab.
  4. Check the Use proxy server to connect to the Internet box.
  5. Click Get proxy settings and then click Test proxy settings.
  6. If the proxy test succeeds, click OK.
  7. If the proxy test fails, please enter your proxy information and authentication credentials manually, and then click OK.
