How to View Applications Installed on a Mobile Device

LogMeIn Rescue Technician Console

The agent's Technician Group must have permission to view system information.

The session must be Active.

Supported platforms:
  • Android
  • BlackBerry (Service Books)
  • Not available for iOS
  1. On the System info tab, click Applications.
  2. To retrieve data from the customer's device, click Request Application Information. The customer may be prompted to accept or decline your request.
All applications installed on the device are displayed.
