How to Uninstall the Applet from a BlackBerry

Your customers can follow this procedure to uninstall the Mobile Applet from a BlackBerry device.

On devices running BlackBerry OS5 or earlier, do the following:

  1. From the Home menu, open the Options screen.
  2. Select > Advanced Options > Applications > LogMeIn Rescue > Delete > Delete Confirm

    Note: You may have Advanced Options and Applications on the same level in the Options screen.
    Reboot may be required.

On devices running BlackBerry OS6 or later, do the following:

  1. On the Home screen, tap and hold LogMeIn Rescue .
  2. Tap Delete.
