Why is the screen blurry when I use Remote Control?

Answer

While controlling your host computer, pull down the toolbar at the very top of the screen.  Click View, then Match Resolution.  This should clear up any blurriness.

Note:
If the monitor/video card on both machines do not support the same resolutions, you will see black or white bars across the screen portion that is overlapped by the mismatched screen resolutions.
