Answer

When you are attempting to connect to a computer via the Network Console product, you may receive an Access Denied error message if you enter the wrong login account too many times.

This is an anti-hacking feature which records the IP address of the computer you are on. The normal default lock out time is 30 minutes. You can remove the IP address lock out by physically going to the computer and permorming the following steps:

  • Right-click on the LogMeIn icon in the system tray and click Open LogMeIn.
  • Click on the Options tab.
  • Click on Preferences.
  • Click on the Security tab.
  • In the Authentication attack blocker section, click on Unblock all.
  • Click Ok.
