Why do my backups show as 0KB in the console?

If you open the Backup Console, and one or more of your backup sets display as 0KB in size, please run a level 1 Test on all Versions of the Backup Set(s) in question.  Once complete it will recalculate the size, and you should be all set.

To run a level 1 Test...

  1. Open the Backup Console on the Storage Computer.
  2. Highlight the Backup Set that you need to test.
  3. Click the Test Backup Set option on the left.
  4. Choose "Test all Versions of the backup set.", and keep the slider all the way to left.
  5. Now run the test.
