Why do I receive the error, Symbol 'Display screenshot' Not found during BlackBerry applet installation?

Answer

You may receive the error message: "Symbol ‘Display screenshot’ Not found" during installation of the LogMeIn Rescue+Mobile applet on your BlackBerry.  This is due to your device does not meet the minimum requirements.  LogMeIn Rescue+Mobile requires the screenshot API, which was not included until later versions of BlackBerry OS.
