Why am I unable to create Rescue+Mobile sessions?

Answer

In order to utilize the LogMeIn Rescue+Mobile add-on, you must either sign up for a free trial or purchase a Rescue+Mobile seat.

If you have already created a LogMeIn Rescue+Mobile account, the sessions will not appear in the queue if the technician lacks the appropriate permissions.

To set this:  Launch the Rescue Administration Center > select the technician > ensure that Mobile is checked under Licenses in the Organization tab.
