Information

Answer

Normal running LogMeIn processes:

  • lmi.exe
  • ra.exe
  • lmisystray.exe
  • ragui.exe
  • lmitoolkit.exe
  • LogMeInRC.exe
  • ramaint.exe

LMIGuardian:

Currently, all LogMeIn and RemotelyAnywhere processes (lmi.exe, ra.exe, lmisystray.exe, ragui.exe, lmitoolkit.exe, ragui.exe) spawn an individual LMIGuardian process.  The LMIGuardian catches all unhandled errors our processes might run into (aka crashes), and will report these errors with the user's approval.

Using RemotelyAnywhere?

The RemolyAnywhere service requires a ra.exe instance, and it will spawn another when a remote control session is in progress.
