What happens if I have lost my RemotelyAnywhere license?

Answer

Your RemotelyAnywhere customer service representative should be able to assist you with locating/delivering your license to you.  Please be sure to have the following information for verification purposes:

  • Full name
  • E-mail address
  • Phone Number
  • Company Name if applicable
  • License ID if possible
  • Transaction ID if possible
  • Subscription type Workstation or Server

Note: We will not send licenses to a different email address other than what it was registered under.
