In order to receive support for RemotelyAnywhere, please provide the software version number and the License ID.
The RemotelyAnywhere version number and the License ID can be found by right-clicking the system tray icon near the clock and selecting Open RemotelyAnywhere Web Interface. When the page opens, select the About RemotelyAnywhere on the left. The version number appears near the top in blue lettering. The license ID appears in the middle of the screen.
