Case1 - if authentication is not required by the proxy

Syntax:
msiexec /q /i logmein.msi DEPLOYID=DeployID proxyenabled=1 proxyserver=ProxyIP proxyport=ProxyPort

Example:
Let's assume the proxy address is: 10.2.0.1:8080.  The syntax should look like this:

msiexec /q /i logmein.msi DEPLOYID=wlxvlz8f8poxzy7a4y76dopyjoycghtdf0a45tfg proxyenabled=1 proxyserver=10.2.0.1 proxyport=8080
Case2 - if authentication is required:

Syntax:
msiexec /q /i logmein.msi DEPLOYID=DeployID proxyenabled=1 proxyserver=ProxyIP proxyport=ProxyPort proxyuseauth=1 proxyusername=ProxyUserName proxypassword=ProxyPassword proxyverifypwd=ProxyPassword

Example:
Let's assume the proxy address is: 10.2.0.1:8080 the username is "user" and the password is "password".  The syntax should look like this:

msiexec /q /i logmein.msi DEPLOYID=wlxvlz8f8poxzy7a4y76dopyjoycghtdf0a45tfg proxyenabled=1 proxyserver=10.2.0.1 proxyport=8080 proxyuseauth=1 proxyusername=user proxypassword=password proxyverifypwd=password
Remarks:

    * Proxy URL (e.g. proxy.company.com) can be used instead of Proxy IP.
    * If NTLM authentication is used then the username should be in domain\username (e.g. acme\jdoe) format.
