When pairing the LastPass Authenticator to your mobile device, you receive the following error:

Device Pairing Failed

Resolution

  1. Uninstall the LastPass Authenticator from your mobile device.
  2. Reboot the device.
  3. Install the LastPass Authenticator from the Google Play Store or iTunes App Store.
