How do I receive a receipt/invoice for my LogMeIn subscription?

Answer

You may print a copy of your receipt/invoice at your own convenience:

LogMeIn Pro, Hamachi, Central, Backup customers

  1. Log in to your account at LogMeIn.com using the Master Account Holder's email address.
  2. Click Settings at the top of the page.
  3. Click the Billing link.
  4. Click the Billing History tab on the left.
  5. Click the Print Receipt link next to the appropriate transaction to download and print a PDF copy of a receipt.

LogMeIn Rescue customers

  1. Log in to your account at LogMeInRescue.com using the Master email address.
  2. Click the Billing History link on the left of the page.
  3. Click the Print Receipt link next to the appropriate transaction to download and print a PDF copy of a receipt.
