Answer
To hide LogMeInRemoteUser on the Windows login screen, you must modify the registry on the host as follows:
  1. Open the Run dialog by holding down the Windows logo key and pressing the letter 'R' on your keyboard.
  2. Type regedit.
  3. Go to the following registry key: HKEY_Local_Machine\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\SpecialAccounts\UserList. If you do not have these keys then create them.
  4. Create a new DWORD (32-bit) entry, called LogMeInRemoteUser and set its value is 0.
  5. Close the registry editor.
