How can I resolve Error 14001?

Error 14001 usually occurs due to a configuration issue. If you receive this while connecting to a host computer, you can try rebooting the host computer to resolve the problem. To initiate a remote reboot of the host computer through LogMeIn, please perform the following steps:

  1. Connect to the host computer.
  2. Go to Preferences.
  3. Go to Advanced Settings.
  4. Click on View Reboot Options.

From here, you can try a Normal Reboot.  If that does not work, follow the steps above and try an Emergency Reboot.
