Flash Error 2046

Symptom

When connecting to a LogMeIn host computer you receive an error code 2046.

2046 is a Flash error code. This is not a LogMeIn error.

Solution

Task One: Clear your browser cache. Consult your browser’s documentation for details.
Task Two: Change Flash Global Storage settings, as follows:
  1. Open Flash Global Storage settings at this address:http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager03.html
  2. Clear the option Store common Flash components to reduce download times. Confirm the selection when prompted.
  3. Turn the option back on (that is, the Store common Flash components to reduce download timesoption should be checked/selected).
