Background Access

Background Access gives you the ability to access computers and perform maintenance to the host computer without interruption to the background access feature

  • A customer using Background Access can access the system and certain functions without disrupting a user within a remote session (you cannot remote control using background access)
These functions include:
  • Opening a file manager session
  • Transferring software over to the client computer without having to use the remote control feature
  • Accessing the computer’s dashboard and monitor services
  • Running processes​

How to access Background Access:
 
1- From the dashboard:

2- Select "Computer Management" on the left hand side toolbar:
