How to View Wireless and Network Information for a Mobile Device

LogMeIn Rescue Technician Console

The agent's Technician Group must have permission to view system information.

The session must be Active.

  1. On the System Info tab, click Dashboard.

    The system info Dashboard is displayed.
  2. Click Request Information to retrieve data from the customer's device.

    The customer may be prompted to accept or decline your request.
  3. The following view-only information is available, depending on the customer's operating system.

    Android BlackBerry Apple iOS
    Wireless and Network Information Yes Yes No
    Radio Manufacturer No No No
    Phone number Yes Yes No
    Serial/IMEI number Yes Yes No
    Subscriber number Yes Yes No
    Current operator Yes Yes No
    Network connect type (GSM/CDMA) Yes Yes No
    Signal Strength No Yes No
