How to Send a Predefined URL

LogMeIn Rescue Technician Console

You can send a predefined URL to a customer at any time during an active session.

The agent's Technician Group must have permission to send URLs.

  1. On the Chat console, click the Push URL button.

    Push URL button

    A menu is displayed showing all available predefined URLs.
  2. Select the predefined URL you want to send to the customer.

    The text of the selected reply appears in the Chat box.
  3. Optional: edit the text.
  4. Press Enter or click the Send button.

    The URL opens in the customer's default browser.
