Select an Article Type
Central requires the built-in
Hardware material type to generate and assign tickets in
Premier subscription is required to use this feature.
Log into your Autotask account.
In the navigation strip, click
In the left pane, go to
Site Setup > Billing
Hover your mouse over the icon next to the
Hardware type to edit.
Make sure that the type is named
Hardware (case sensitive) and select
generation is restored.
