Rescue's Unattended Access feature allows technicians to connect to a customer's computer when no user is present. Technicians are often unable to resolve an issue during a single Rescue session: the job may be too big, or the customer may need his computer.
The technician must request permission to be able to setup Unattended Access on the customer's computer. The time can be specific or open-ended.
The customer always has the right to revoke Unattended Access at any time.
